What do you get?

The property has been completely renovated over the period 1996-2001. The house has never been lived in. All floors with exception of bathrooms are terracotto colored tiles. Walls and ceilings are painted white. Doors, windows and staircase are in wood, stained golden brown. Bathrooms have white tiles on floor and walls.

Arranged over three floors the house comprises an entrance hall, large open dining/living area, kitchen and bathroom on the first floor.

On the second floor there is a bedroom and a spacious open room (can easily be divided). On the ground floor there is a large open room (can easily be divided) and a small toilet/washroom.

Approx 2.300 square meters of the garden belongs exclusively to this part of the house.

A separate annexed building is located on the property (the building with red brick walls). This building is also divided equally between the two owners and divided by a wall in the middle.
